I began my real estate career in 2002 after spending 20 years in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager.  I hold a MS in Operations/Business Mgt., and have taken many classes since 2002 to further my experience and expertise in real estate.  My daughter, Montgomery Lindemann is a grad. from CMU and joined me in 2015 to form the "The Grostick Team" here at Real Estate One in Milan.  Our area of expertise is both Residential and Commercial real estate, with coverage areas mainly in SE Michigan (a 60 minute radius from Ann Arbor).  Our affiliations with the Ann Arbor BOR, Monroe County BOR and the Lenawee County BOR along with CPIX, our Commercial board, allows us direct access to listings and data immediately at our fingertips.  Whether you are buying or selling a home, vacant land, building a new home or commercial development, we look forward to serving you in the near future with all your real estate endeavors!!
