Check all that apply
Please list the specifics of your parade unit for logistical purposes. Let us know the total length of your entry (including trailer) and total number of participants. We will need to know if the following are included in your entry: Any music/loud noises, any special effects like lights and smoke, and any animals. Please let us know anything else you think is important.
To ensure the safety of all attendees—especially children—candy must not be thrown from vehicles or floats. Instead, if your group chooses to distribute candy, you must physically walk to the sidewalk and carefully toss the candy toward children standing safely off the street. Are you planning to pass out candy?
Indemnification Agreement *
In consideration of acceptance by the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce, we hereby indemnify and hold harmless the SACC, staff & all volunteers from any and all claims for injuries or damages arising from, or in connection with, our participation in the 2026 Saline Holiday Parade. As parade participants, we agree to remain in the designated parade area, keep our group intact and keep any non-parade vehicles outside the parade area after roads are blocked off. I understand the Parade may be cancelled for reasons outside SACC's control and will not hold the office responsible.
