Contract Recruiter
A manufacturing company in Ann Arbor is seeking a contract recruiter. You’ll be responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for production positions throughout this company.

What you’ll be doing as a Contract Recruiter

  • Leverage a range of marketing and sourcing strategies to create a candidate talent pool
  • Actively participate in the interview process from screening resumes to providing feedback to hiring managers and applicants
  • Track and maintain metrics regarding recruitment activities
  • Participate with on-site recruiting events
  • Initiate pre-employment testing process, including background check process, tracking, and following up with results
What we’re looking for in a Contract Recruiter
  • Interest in the Human Resources industry
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor
  • Computer and software savvy
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • HS diploma preferred
Additional information for the Contract Recruiter
  • $18.00 - $25.00 hourly
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
    • Some flexibility available – can be part-time for full-time
  • Ann Arbor, 48108
