Description
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is a New Deal legislation still misunderstood by many employers, leading to expensive FLSA lawsuits against large & small employers. Don Scharg, of Badman PLC, will update business owners and managers on FLSA compliance. Topics covered include who is an employee, non exempt/exempt status, and identifying compensable time.
