DESCRIPTION:Who's ready to rumble and raise money for charity? Gather a team and join us for Battle of the Books for Charity. Each team will pay $30 to participate and will choose a non-library charity of their choice*. All prize money will be donated to the winning team's charity of choice. Teams may have a maximum of 5 participants each. This event requires your team to read three books chosen by our librarian\, then answer trivia related questions based on the books.\n\nBook theme: The Final Frontier\n\nTitles:\n\nHitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams \n\nArtemis by Andy Weir\n\nGood Morning\, Midnight by Lily Brooks-Dalton\n\nThe books will be available at Saline District Library by February 13th. Please register in person at Saline District Library. Registration fees are due at the time of registration (cash only please).\n\nAll team registrations are due by Sunday\, May 5th by 5pm.\n\nPlease visit the Adult Information Desk or email Jess Hesselgrave at jess@salinelibrary.org with any questions.\n \n\n*The charity of choice MUST be an official non-profit organization (501(c)(3)).
